Tasks

Based in Budapest, you’ll perform full maintenance tasks locally and on-site worldwide when urgent support is needed. Your readiness for rapid deployments will be rewarded with a premium on top of your base salary, and all out-of-country assignments come with additional compensation.

Your Role

  • Rapid deployment for AOG situations across Europe and beyond
  • Full base maintenance tasks in remote locations
  • Work within our Base Maintenance department when not on AOG duty

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on B737 and A320 aircraft in Budapest and abroad various tasks regarding Aircraft on the Ground. Out of AOG period base maintenance work should be performed.
  • Conduct aircraft system repairs and structural repairs, engine changes, and more
  • Certify aircraft for return to service in compliance with EASA Part-145
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with engineering/logistics teams
  • Represent Lufthansa Technik professionally in international environments
  • Be ready to deploy on short notice (within 72 hours) and adapt to diverse working conditions

Requirements
  • Valid EASA B1 or B2 license
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience on type
  • B737 and A320 type rating required
  • Strong English communication skills. Hungarian is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and freely worldwide without visa restrictions.
