As an Area Leader production body in white at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. What awaits you? Leading, coaching and developing team leaders within the production area of your responsibility. Driving the overall performance, you will put your solving problem skills into practice and push for continuous improvement to ensure your team meets targets. Ensuring operations are compliant with legal and internal requirements of safety, environmental protection, cleanliness, and ergonomics. Acting as a key interface with other internal stakeholders to ensure production quality, volume in time. Steering Production within your area of responsibility, coordination of special activities and implementing preventive and corrective measures. Participating in planning processes for technical modification and optimization of new production facilities. Driving innovative solutions, transformational activities, facilitate improvements and navigate the business to higher competitiveness. What you should bring along? Technical degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or other related field of study, and leadership experience in industrial production or manufacturing. Bachelor degree would be an advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in a shift leader or similar position in Automotive Industry, preferably production area in Press Shop (tool and die shop, press- / coil line) or Body in White (joining / welding and geometrical know how). Hungarian and English working proficiency is required. German proficiency would be an advantage. Willingness to travel and perform majority of the BMW Group qualification program abroad during the first 6-12 months of employment. What do we offer?
