Associate Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors (w/m/x) 624389BR Your Role and Responsibilities Als Consultant SAP SuccessFactors wirst du ein_e kundenorientierte_r Expert_in, der/die zugeschnittene Dienstleistungen verkauft und implementiert und dabei die gesamte Bandbreite der IBM Angebote und Technologien nutzt. Ein erfolgreicher Consultant wird von den Kunden als vertrauenswürdige_r Berater_in angesehen, der/die gemeinsam mit dem Kunden innovative Lösungen für die anspruchsvollsten Geschäftsprobleme erarbeitet. Zusammen mit erfahrenen Beratern und Beraterinnen konzipierst und implementierst du SAP SuccessFactors Prozesse in internationalen Projekten und ergänzt diese mit Robotics, Industry 4.0, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud, Watson/Cognitive Technologien und Data Analytics Lösungen. Du arbeitest an relevanten Fragestellungen und begleitest konstruktiv fachliche Gespräche und Entscheidungen. Mit einem interdisziplinären Projektteam entwickelst du Strategien und sorgst für deren Umsetzung in Technologielösungen.Dabei spielen insbesondere die Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors und/oder SAP HCM eine zentrale Rolle.Diese Position ist für folgende Lokationen ausgeschrieben:Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, München, Köln, Ehningen bei Stuttgart, Chemnitz und Walldorf.
