We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Manager, Human Resources to drive the development and implementation of the HR Strategy in support of our AWS Sales organizations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland - DACH. This position will partner with various senior leaders along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into a HR agenda that supports the business. The Sr. Manager will assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.
We are looking for Human Resource professionals who have the ability to diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes. The individual in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization. They will need strong business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking and planning/project management abilities, as well as the proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment.
10 + years’ experience of operating at a senior HR level with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high volume, fast-paced, hands-on environment
University degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required
Fluency in spoken and written English
Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of Commercial HR within the company
A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employee and corporate group to ensure a high level of employee engagement
Knowledge and experience in Organizational Design
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
Coaching and mentoring experience at management level
Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs, with a passion for learning and development
