You will play an integral role in supporting the regional and local teams on the use of the regional, state of the art Business Intelligence tools You will act as central point of contact between colleagues in the markets, central sales teams and other cross-functional stakeholders. You create transparency as a decision-making base & drive analysis of business KPIs to identify opportunities and improve business results for our car business in the 12 CSEU markets. You act as problem solver and idea generator for our automotive business. Preparing Management presentations for various meetings and working effectively with other business departments also belongs to your tasks. You derive Management recommendations and business strategies based on KPI analysis. You will be part of and contributor to one of the greatest transformations since existence of the BMW Group. A international team, department, and campus is waiting for you.   What you should bring along? University degree in Business Administration/Economics or a related field. Good analytical & data management skills. Solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point. Very strong interested in automotive industry. Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills. Target oriented, proactive and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English.
