Your tasks will be:
- set up and contribute to the yearly process, in alignment with the corporate process, consolidate input and challenge content ensuring consistency and quality based on the requirements of SBI
- align input with main stakeholders (controlling, departments, etc.) and support operational topics like alignment meetings within SBI
- ensure tracking of implementation and target achievement based on the defined strategy
- lead strategic cross functional SBI projects like internationalization, development of the project organization, push digitalization to drive the organizational development of SBI
- support in the requests coming from Business Group VP level and Executive Board
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Business Informatics
- 3 – 5 years of Experience in strategy consulting or/and organizational development
- minimum of 5 years of Experience in project steering and KPI reporting
- a strong background in the areas of purchasing, logistic or real estate management
- strong negotiation and communication skills
- a strong customer & service orientation as well as a good sense for teambuilding & cooperation (+Intercultural awareness)
- business fluent German and English skills
- the willingness to travel
