Your tasks
- Define, improve and complete end-to-end processes within Supply Chain Management.
- Develop and maintain standards, templates and tools for consistent execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor performance.
- Act as a central method office, providing governance and guidance for process adherence.
- Collaborate with regional and functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Maintain seamless interfaces with other core value chain areas (Sales, Tendering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Engineering).
Additional Duties
- Support change management and training initiatives to embed excellence practices.
- Lead and manage high-impact projects that influence global operations.
- Contribute to cross-functional integration and best practice sharing across regions.
Your profile
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in process management, continuous improvement or business excellence, specifically within the supply chain sector.
- 2+ years leadership experience.
- Experience in direct collaboration with the board of management.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles. Experience in the field of production, engineering and procurement is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority.
