PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Customer Success Services (CSS) is an integral part of this, combining all customer success plans globally – including SAP Enterprise Support, SAP Preferred Success and SAP MaxAttention under one roof. CSS continuously generates value for the customer and SAP by creating the perfect experience throughout the entire customer journey. Further key elements of CSS are Product Support, the SAP Mission Control Centers and the development of infrastructure and tools for support and application lifecycle management. Ultimately, our desired outcome and vision is to ‘Delight Customers. Always.’
CSS aims at redefining the industry by delivering the next generation of customer success services and solutions for the intelligent enterprise, fueled by data and powered by our amazing talent.
To execute on our strategy, the CSS Communication, Branding and Change Leadership Team is further strengthening its capabilities for executive communication as well as internal and external communication. Our team’s responsibility is to actively drive CSS’s communication and employee engagement as well as its internal and external reputation. The team develops strategic messaging and content and engages key audiences in dialogue. You will be joining a team of people who are passionate about communication and customer centricity.
As Integrated Communications (Senior) Specialist you will drive perception of CSS as the industry leading customer success organization. You will act as advisor and trusted partner for the Head of CSS and the senior leadership team in executive, internal and external strategic communication and branding. This includes:
Strategic communication and branding: Plan, drive and manage interaction with and communication to influential audiences and multipliers (internal / external).

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Internalize the overall Customer Success Services strategy, work as multiplier and support its implementation.
Execute on a comprehensive communication plan to engage people across internal and external audiences.
Plan, drive and manage the preparation of presentations and reports for executive audiences, such as individual Board members, Executive Board meetings and Supervisory Board meetings and reports.
Drive and support strategic programs and projects
Education: Final degree (e.g. communications, marketing, graphics design, public relations, journalism or business) or equivalent work experience, master preferred.
Proven ability to execute on strategy and transformation processes, communication and effective project management while effectively managing time and commitments.
5+ years work place experience across global teams with demonstrated excellence in internal and external strategic & executive communications.
