Controls Systems Engineer Indianapolis Vollzeit JR6085716 Stellenbeschreibung Controls Systems Engineer Indianapolis, IN The Controls Systems Engineer shall specify, design and validate complex sub-systems, including high-level requirements for the software and / or hardware system components, this will include creation of mathematical models and simulations of control and actuation systems.This role is responsible for the on time delivery and quality of the controls sub-system and the artefacts associated with the design, verification and validation of the system. This shall be achieved through decomposition of designs and development of tests, analysis to ensure that the system implementation satisfies the validated requirements. Key Accountabilities: Lead the software development and verification activities of Engine Control System Manage project cost, schedule , and risks to ensure delivery of certifiable software build Establish & enact Plans, Standards, and Processes to ensure compliance to DO-178 and company quality standards Act as key integrator of the Software into the Engine Control System Serve as primary reviewer and signatory for Software Development and Verification work products for quality and completeness of technical content Lead problem solving and risk assessment activities related to the project Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 5+ years experience, or Masters Degree and 3+ years experience, or JD/PhD Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this role Pioneer the next generation of innovation.
