Position overview

Responsible for accurate and timely processing of contracts, including document verification, data entry, contract activation, and disbursement of funds to originating dealers in the U.S. and Canada. Provide dealer assistance through inbound and outbound telephone contact regarding discounting-related issues, forms, and program information.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensures completeness of new funding packages including any additional requirements stipulated by the underwriter.
  • Discounts contracts in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations with regards to finance tolerance and taxation.
  • Recommends discounting and funding exceptions to the Supervisor, Manager Credit Operations and Credit Managers.
  • Cures inaccurate funding packages sourcing the root cause of residual, finance charge and/or itemization errors and coach dealers on correction options.
  • Educates dealers on the necessary PFS documentation and procedure requirements for timely processing of funding packages. This includes training dealers on proper methods of completing PFS documentation and consistent communication with PFS field personnel of dealer issues and exceptions.
  • Provides dealer service. Resolves any issues related to dealer reserve/payment, documents preparation and state-specific taxation.
  • Thoroughly reviews title work and supporting documentation as well as lien filing on Canadian funding packages.
  • Assist the Training and Quality Analyst with peer training.
  • Assist the supervisor in maintaining the group email box and unidentified queue in LOS.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by Manager, Credit Operations and/or Supervisor.
QualificationsQualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in field of business preferred

Experience (Job and Industry):

  • 2+ years of work experience preferred
  • 1+ year work experience with automotive contract funding required

Skills:

  • Provides a high level of customer service to the dealer network and works well with all Credit Operations associates
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • General PC skills required, including firm knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010

Percentage of required travel: None

The salary range for this role is $25/hr-$31/hr. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

Physical requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to move about in the office to access office equipment and etc. Must be able to communicate and exchange information verbally with management and co-workers.

Work environment

This position operates in a hybrid remote/office environment. This role will use standard office equipment such as computers, phones. Flexibility in scheduled work hours required to service time zones other than the Eastern time zone. Saturday hours may be required
