Position Summary:
Porsche Latin America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern with a strong interest in data analytics and data mining. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world CRM projects, analyzing customer data and generating insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance customer experiences across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing CRM data from multiple sources (e.g., C@P, dealership databases, campaign tools).
- Conduct data mining and segmentation to uncover customer behavior patterns, preferences, and trends.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Clean, structure, and validate large datasets to ensure quality and consistency.
- Assist in evaluating campaign performance and customer lifecycle touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the CRM, Marketing, and Aftersales teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the rollout and analysis of customer experience surveys across LATAM markets.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.
- Interest in the automotive industry and Porsche brand is a strong advantage.
