TasksTasks
- Establish and maintain efficient and effective Customer Commitment processes across the PCEE region to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance customer excitement, satisfaction, and deliver a unique brand experience in alignment with headquarter initiatives.
- Leverage industry best practices and customer insights to identify region-wide improvement opportunities.
- Further improve the After Sales experience across all touchpoints by defining KPIs and countermeasures based on insights from customer satisfaction surveys.
- Enrich and develop Customer Commitment reporting by setting clear metrics and regularly evaluating market performance.
- Develop and support the regional utilization of customer goodwill to mitigate potential legal and financial risks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
QualificationsQualifications
- Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Strong written and verbal skills in English. German or other additional language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- High level of customer focus, ideally previous work experience in customer-facing job roles in the Luxury sector.
- Team oriented, pro-active working attitude and a high level of intercultural awareness.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
