    As Customer QMPP your daily activities will be:
  • Member of the project team with increasing participation beginning with G50;
  • Is responsible for quality in production (FF) as counterpart to the Quality Manager Project (QMP) during relevant development phases and full responsible in series production (after G90);
  • Arrange that all quality related and safety relevant aspects during the development & launch process are covered in production (internal, supplier and customer);
  • Pro-active input into product and process design (according to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP));
  • Lead the product requalification process according to Control Plan;
  • Contribute to and submit PPAP package to the customer. This includes internal PPAP approval (signing of all stakeholders of the project) and escalation if needed;
  • Ensure that parts are only delivered with customer approval;
  • Creates Control Plan together with project team based on D/P FMEA and prototype/sample Control Plan (under consideration of all requirements, i.e. Law, Customer Requirements regarding Product & Process);
  • Planning of quality activities (PPAP, Control-Plan) related to changes in production;
  • Customer communication and approval;
  • Contribute to manufacturing approval for component introduction process and release (e.g. PCN/PTN);
  • Support in development and maintenance of P-FMEA;
  • Support safe launch activities according to existing procedures;
  • Identification and tracking of quality related findings, before they affect the external customer
    (e.g. regular check of quality status, FPY, consideration of supplier quality aspects, quality resource planning, change management, PPAP, quality data registration techniques, process capability analysis, re-qualifications, etc.);
  • Ensure that processes are followed as defined according to Quality Gates, status meetings, APQP, launch readiness review;
  • Ensure that escalations are initiated in case of deviations. Initiate Q-Alert;
  • Support the release of tooling, equipment;
  • Process qualifications and process capability studies according to the specific procedures, including statistical evaluation, evaluation and decision of capability results;
  • Provide in cooperation with the New Product Launch Manager and Project Team, product specific training to the employees;
  • Provide inputs related to product traceability concept,
  • Provide traceability information when requested;
  • Provision of all quality related costs for the calculation and budgetary purposes;
  • Lead the customer complaint management activities;
  • Lead the preparations of the product related customer audits;
  • Track the implementation of the corrective actions;
  • Perform product audit;
  • Support for internal audits;
  • Pursuing that lessons learned are collected and used;
  • Coordinate improvement projects;
  • Provide quality reports which must contain the implementation status of measures and results, also in case of deviations, in order to meet planned targets;
  • Respects the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the company;
  • Follows the instructions and requirements of personnel inside the company;
  • Respects internal regulations and company's rules;
  • Respects information security and data protection regulations;
  • Knows company quality policy and the impact of own activities in achieving quality targets;
  • Respects specific laws and internal regulations connected to company's environment policy;
  • For safety relevant topics: the related tasks will be fulfilled according to the internal safety management rules;
  • Controls safety criteria in own area of responsibility;
  • Develops, introduces and drives measures in order to avoid safety cases in own area of responsibility.
  • University degree and relevant professional experience;
  • 3 + years experience in automotive/electronics, manufacturing and quality activities, customer interface;
  • At least 1 project (launch and/or series) coordinated from quality side;
  • Project Management experience is a plus;
  • Experience in working in international team/projects is a plus;
  • Knowledge of all manufacturing and test processed;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Traceability skills;
  • Quality analysis and reporting skills;
  • Knowledge of FMEA and control plan;
  • Knowledge of internal flows and procedures;
  • Knowledge of quality standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, IPC A610 class 3;
  • Knowledge of statistics SPC, MSA;
  • Experiences in audits;
  • MS Office;
  • Knowledge of English;
  • Quality tools (APQP, PPAP);
  • SAP;
  • Lean certification;
  • Six Sigma;
  • Knowledge of customer requirements.

  • Salary 1 983,48 Eur. - 2 975,21 Eur. (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience.
