We are building a strongly collaborating AI team with all members bringing solid knowledge on working with data in a Cloud Environment and how to prepare data for further AI processing. Each team member has individual competences strengthening the whole AI team, like: Data Scientists, with the ability to apply probability theory (including distribution analysis, conditional probabilities, independence, Bayes theorem, etc.), statistics (including hypothesis testing, bias/variance trade-offs, mean, variance, and mode) and data analysis (including pre-processing, visualization and metrics such as accuracy, R-squared, residuals, precision, and recall). Machine Learning Engineers with the ability to use classic Machine Learning models (for example, PCA, K-means, K-NNs, SVM, Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, and Decision Tree Learning), methods to train them (such as initialization, optimization, regularization, and hyperparameter tuning). Qualifications Degree in Data Science or Engineering; Expertise in Cloud Technologies and Cloud; Computing (AWS, Azure); Experience in querying databases (SQL); Basic skills in programming and scripting (JavaScript, HMTL/CSS, Bash, Shell); Data modelling and data engineering skills (Python, KNIME, R); Solid background in Mathematics Solid knowledge on Machine Learning and Deep Learning; Very good English and German language skills written and spoken; Strong service provider attitude; Strong data mind; Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions from data; Very good communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
