Amazon Logistics is searching for an Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for owning the country-level strategy and execution of a new acquisition program which enables our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) to attract, hire and retain high quality Delivery Associates at scale.

We are looking for a self-starter who will be responsible for owning the country-level strategy and execution of the acquisition program which enables our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) to attract, hire and retain high quality Delivery Associates at scale. This is a highly visible role with frequent interactions up to director and VP levels and offers 360 responsibility to build and manage a fast-growing program with large budget accountability.
Responsibilities will include partnering with key program stakeholders to adapt the core components of the EU Acquisition program based on specific marketplace dynamics. The Acquisition Manager will collaborate with a large multi-functional team and build solid skills in operations, marketing, and partnerships among others. They will need ability to think outside of the box, agility to operate in a fast-paced environment and resilience to chase ambitious targets.
Key job responsibilities
Key functions for the role include:
* Leverage 3rd party marketing agencies to scale recruitment campaigns across EU, achieving profitability targets
* Identify, develop and implement innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements in DSPs recruiting network
* Build and maintain reporting mechanisms in order to drive process improvements
* Own communication up to VP level on strategy and performance.
* Build and maintain successful partnerships both internally with various business stakeholders and support teams across EU network and externally with vendors.
* Drive consistency and capability across the EU to support the growth of the DSPs and continued scalability.
* Work with project teams and ensure that all strategic projects are progressing and delivering agreed results on time and within budget.
Completed Bachelor’s degree
Experience in Business Development or Account Management or Talent Acquisition
Experience running large scope projects with cross-functional teams
MS Office
Fluency in English and French (written and verbal communication)
Experience managing complex sales pipelines or scaling business relationships with proven results
Experience building complex programs from the ground up Experience managing stakeholder communications with senior leadership
