This position is in Cargill’s food ingredients and bio-industrial business, where we anticipate trends around taste, nutrition and safety to innovate and provide solutions to manufacturers, retailers and foodservice companies.  The Electrical Reliability Superintendent will coordinate and perform routine maintenance on plant assets and equipment following established program guidelines. We seek an individual who will perform a range of maintenance activities to achieve established program outcomes. In this role you will utilize your knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the coordination and completion of routine tasks. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Creation and implementation of maintenance concepts for the entire electrical engineering of the plant Electricity generation and distribution Switchgear and energy supply systems electrical machines and drives Ensuring reliable and trouble-free operation of the electrical engineering Joint development of "best practice" concepts for the maintenance of electrical  Compliance with all safety aspects and legal requirements Technical and disciplinary management of the Electrical Reliability Team Qualifications / Qualifikationen MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on energy technology / energy supply systems / electrical machines or maintenance Work experience in a similar position Experience with analysis methods such as RCA, RCM, 5Why or 5S Confident use of the PC as well as IT knowledge Fluent in German and English Our Offer In return for your expertise and commitment, we will provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
