We draw on global reach and deep local expertise to solve complex challenges and design innovative, sustainable solutions that move markets and touch hearts.

We believe great design comes from a culture that values humour, community, and craft as much as outcomes. frog empowers every team member to Make Your Mark—on projects, in your studio, and in the world.

What will you be doing?

As a mid-level Experience Designer, you will take ownership of design activities across digital products and services—from early-stage opportunity framing to detailed interaction and visual design.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines to define and create experiences that confidently in Figma to create and maintain scalable design systems

Leverage your strong visual design craft, including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy

Create, apply and evolve Design Language Systems and contribute to their strategic structure, governance and documentation

Present work internally and externally with clarity, persuasion, and storytelling finesse

Contribute to a positive studio culture through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring

We want you to have:

Business-level fluency in both German and English

2+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or visual design (agency, consultancy, startup or in-house)

A strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual craft and strategic thinking in digital design

High proficiency in Figma especially in interaction logic, component design, theme and token service, with attention to details.

Experience designing within or maintaining Design Systems

A clear, structured approach to interaction patterns across mobile/desktop platforms and experience defining product logic through site maps, user flows, wireframes, etc.

Ability to rationalise your decisions effectively and present your work clearly, through strong presentation design and storytelling techniques

A strong product development mindset, including openness to collaborating with business and tech teams, working iteratively based on user feedback, technical constraints, etc.

Affinity with frog’s values, and a passion for creating products that meet peoples’ functional and emotional needs

Bonus points if you have:

A degree in
