That's the only way to give ideas the power that allows them to become true innovations.   The role is a core member of the contribution controlling team with responsibility for shaping the digitalisation of finance within Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Improving existing as well as developing new digital solutions are key objectives of this role, elevating the global contribution margin planning and reporting to the next level. The financial steering of special projects is another key element within the role, encompassing evaluations, scenario planning, derivation of measures as well as clear recommendations to decision-makers. The role will have high visibility amongst senior management.   What awaits you? Key person responsible for leading the digitalisation activities in contribution margin, incl. reporting, planning and data analytics. To challenge and enhance existing processes as well as realisation of improvements through digitalisation. To develop a strong understanding of business requirements; closely working with business stakeholders to support the transformation to a data driven organisation, as the business expands and increases in complexity. Business line controller for special projects, to steer and actively influence the profitability of project business cases, creating transparency of costs positions, providing timely evaluations and scenarios, preparing presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders. To provide the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Board and senior management with clear and accurate financial information and recommendations. Build effective working relationships with team members.   What should you bring? Degree or qualifications in Information Technology/Finance and Accounting, equivalent experience will be considered. Proficiency in business intelligence, analytics arena by using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Qlik Sense (Significant experience). Excellent problem-solving skills. Motivated individual with ability to work with diverse stakeholders within a fast paced and dynamic workplace. Proven communication skills with self confidence in presenting.
