Our Financial Services team covers five markets in the Central and South-eastern European region there is a close cooperation between the regional headquarters and the local Hungarian management. The position reports directly to the regional headquarters, locally in Hungary the position does not have any direct reports. What awaits you? You will be responsible for managing and developing cooperation business for retail finance & insurance in Hungary via local cooperation partners. Operational steering of the daily business together with all stakeholders, securing a high-level collaboration between the BMW Group, the BMW dealer network and the cooperation partners. Responsible for providing sales performance monitoring and reporting. Support the entire wholesale financing process chain. Steering of the local cooperation partners to secure the implementation of the BMW Financial Services strategy in Hungary. Implementation of the BMW Financial Services’ marketing strategy. Design of special sales campaigns to enable the BMW dealer network targeting end customers. Training BMW dealer network. What should you bring along? 5 years experience in the captive, lease business, automotive knowledge. Demonstrated capability in financial product and business innovation. Must be able to communicate at all levels and present effectively, in addition excellent interpersonal skills to build professional working relationships and trust. Ability to work under pressure and strong organizational skills. Project management skills. Ability to work across levels of authority and responsible decision making in appropriate circumstances. Ability to translate complex or new ideas and concepts to gain a common understanding. Ability to work in cross-functional and intercultural teams. Fluency in English language (spoken and written), additional Central European language knowledge would be a plus.
