Work on an innovative, AI-powered control system for industrial robots!
As Front End Engineer, you will own a robotics training app—the primary user interface guiding customers through the AI training process. You will collaborate closely with design, UX, and engineering to deliver intuitive, robust, and scalable features. You will take full ownership of the Android stack, drive best practices and contribute to automation efforts to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Key job responsibilities
You will:
- Write, test and deploy code using Amazon and AWS tools.
- Write automated UI tests.
- Design new user interfaces and features.
- Follow best practicies in user interfaces and insist on high standards.
- Work with designers and stakeholders.
- Occasionally develop or fix issues on the back-end.
- Work in a Scrum team, attending Daily, Planning, Grooming and Retro meetings.
- Contribute to estimating and planning of work.
- Help your team mates and get help from them.
- Experience (non-internship) in professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience in computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis)
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with Android development
- Experience with building and deploying AI systems in manufacturing automation
- Experience with JSON-RPC API's
- Experience in agile software development methodology
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
