Consumers are at the center of everything we do at Laundry and Home Care. Understanding consumers unmet needs are essential for relevant and successful innovations. Now, we want to go one step further starting with global Megatrends, the driving forces for change in consumer’s behavior, and their corresponding trends as source for meaningful consumer insights. By selecting the strongest consumer insights for ideation, we will support building a strong innovation pipeline for the Laundry and Home Care business. For the new integrated Insightening process in Laundry and Home Care we are looking for the position of a GMR Consumer Insight Manager
- Global responsibility for the Insightening Process in Laundry- and Home Care – from Mega Trends to ready-to-test concepts
- Independent steering of the complete process of idea development
- Covering all areas of consumer insights research: insight exploration and ideation, insight writing, insight validation
- Enabling long term trend detection by screening and evaluating new sources and tools for trends/ trend detection
- Independent initiation and analysis of Social Media Listening, ethnographic studies and/or qualitative studies based on trends
- Systematic training of the global organization on consumer insights
