Your tasks
- As the global Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding customers' unique needs and requirements for spare parts in the paper industry.
- Drive independent initiatives in the areas of customer focus, process improvement, and supply chain enhancement to ensure the profitable growth of global Voith Paper’s spare parts business.
- Offer exceptional support to customers to help them select the right spare parts, leveraging Voith's global technical expert network, data, and product management.
- Proactively generate sales leads by analyzing sales data intelligence, inventory data, and purchasing history.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, enabling you to participate in the implementation of the Business Case Spare Parts strategy in close cooperation with the Voith Paper organization.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a business or technical degree, or have equivalent education.
- Knowledge of the spare parts process, gained through sales, product management, or logistics experience, is advantageous.
- You possess fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, and additional language proficiency is a plus.
- You have extensive experience using MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point. User knowledge of SAP and SAP BI is desirable.
- You are enthusiastic and open to new, challenging tasks and experiences, and have the ability to motivate yourself and others.
- You have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills, enabling you to work at eye level with customers and colleagues at different hierarchical levels, both nationally and internationally.
- You are willing to travel internationally, approximately 20% of the time.
