Become part of an international and innovative project team for the development of hydrogen technologies in zero-emission mobility.
Your tasks
- You will design the development of a new production facility for hydrogen pressure storage and drive the localisation of strategic automotive projects for Voith in Asia.
- You are responsible for the development, elaboration and evaluation of the factory and layout planning as well as its coordination with the process managers from the specialist departments.
- You will be in charge of the overall process for plant procurement, from supplier selection and specification creation to final plant acceptance.
- Recognise cross-functional dependencies and coordinate these independently, in particular with the Development, Purchasing and Quality departments.
- Support business and production management in the preparation of well-founded decision papers.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable engineering field.
- You have relevant professional experience in factory planning for automotive series production - we also welcome applications from motivated newcomers.
- You are characterised by strong analytical skills, a holistic understanding of systems and a professional manner when communicating and presenting at different hierarchical levels.
- You have project management skills and are able to work independently in cross-functional teams.
- We require very good written and spoken English skills.
- Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20%) rounds off your profile.
