• Drive Market & Customer Activation strategy and execution with focus on a future ready digital Marketing organization
  
• Own and steer (cross BU) transformational initiatives on market and customer activation in collaboration with central functions and other Strategic Business Units
  
• Ensure alignment of Market  & Customer Activation Activities with Market Segment Strategy and regional commercial teams
  
• Develop the teams way of working and methodologies in line with new technologies
  
• Manage and report on the marketing budget as well as on the ROI of campaigns and initiatives
  
• Lead a team of marketeers across market segments and regions
  
• Foster a culture of DE&I

• Master degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Strategic Marketing or similar
  
• At least 7 years of professional experience in marketing and customer activation in a B2B environment
  
• Proven success in customer relationship & content development, account-based engagement, channel and campaign management
  
• Leadership experience in cross-functional and cross-cultural teamwork in an international setting
  
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across hierarchies and functions
  
• Technical and digital skillset to lead the teams' digital evolution
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are beneficial
