Lead a pivotal staff function supporting the Head of HR in operationalizing HR strategy and establishing data-driven decision-making. Drive People Analytics, HR Communication, Culture & Engagement, and DEI initiatives that transform how we manage our workforce.

  • Develop and operationalize the HR strategy in close collaboration with the Head of HR and HR Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Build, advance, and implement "People Analytics" – from data integration to actionable insights and management recommendations
  • Lead HR Communication strategy and execution, ensuring transparent and engaging messaging across the organization
  • Drive Engagement programs, Culture development initiatives, and comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategies
  • Provide strategic sparring partnership to the Head of HR on prioritization, decision-making, and implementation of key HR initiatives
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 5 specialists, fostering excellence across strategy, analytics, communication, and culture domains

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related field with 10 years of HR, strategy, or organizational development experience
  • Proven expertise in People Analytics, including dashboard development, HR metrics, and translating data into strategic recommendations for decision-making
  • Experience in HR Communication strategies and cultural transformation initiatives
  • Strong background in developing and implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies with measurable impact
  • Leadership experience with excellent coaching skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and excellent communication skills in German and English with ability to influence and advise at C-level
