The Head of Sales Asia Pacific for Engine Services is responsible for:

  • Lead, develop and manage a team of Segment Sales Managers in Asia Pacific
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and qualification of new Segment Sales Managers
  • Represent and promote LHT’s Engine MRO Services portfolio to airlines and industrial customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships in the regional MRO community
  • Develop and execute sales strategies with LHT Corporate Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through tailored sales campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and prepare complex Engine MRO proposals
  • Draft and negotiate contracts in line with LHT internal requirements
  • Schedule and execute customer visits and monitor industry trends
  • Implement efficient sales processes, tools and procedures with stakeholders

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer care, ideally in engine MRO or technical services at a leadership level
  • Strong understanding of aircraft engine systems and the MRO market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate multinational teams
  • High resilience, decisiveness, and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Asia-Pacific and to Europe
