Head of Trajectory Boundaries (m/f/diverse) Apply now Head of Trajectory Boundaries (m/f/diverse) Description In this role you disciplinary lead a group of employees within the business area Autonomous Mobility working in agile feature teams within our agile product line safety organization. The mission of your group is to develop computer vision algorithms from concept phase to series production (SOP) in the field of camera-based lane detection. These algorithms are applied to single and multi-camera (e.g., surround view) as well as sensor fusion systems. Furthermore, your group is involved in algorithm development for lidar sensors.Your tasks will focus on the following activities: Disciplinary lead of the trajectory boundaries group Application of servant leadership as a lean agile leader (LAL) (m/f/diverse) Forming of fully self-organized, high impact feature teams Driving the agile transformation and continuously optimize the agile organization structure Contribution to roadmap and strategy Coaching and development of group’s employees Close collaboration with solutions and agile release trains (ART) of product line safety Qualifications Master or PhD in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or comparable field of qualification Deep professional experience with technical or disciplinary lead of a 5+ (headcount) employees’ organizational unit Many years of experience with automotive series development as a tier 1 / tier 2 supplier in the automotive market and within international development teams Many years of experience with complex, software-dominated embedded automotive systems, preferably camera-based driver assistance systems Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards, especially ADAS specific development processes Very good English language skills written and spoken German language skills are desirable Strong communication and steering skills Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
