The Hospitality Planning Intern will: Assist in planning, directing and control of food service operation resulting in a positive dining and market experience for all associates and contractors. Assist in ensuring that BMW Food Service procedures are adhered to. Support Food Service specialist thru auditing and enforcing that food service contract is followed by vendor. The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions: Shadow Food Service specialist in audits and meetings with vendor. Work with vendor to review work orders that need to be entered in Corrigo and with equipment repair company. Identify and prioritize items needed to run food service operation efficiently. Target Management. Refrigeration Data Base Log. Create KPI audit form and grading system based on contract. Qualifikation: Majoring in Food Service Management, Food Safety, or Hospitality Management. Detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Microsoft OIffice skills. Effective communication skills. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major). Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university. MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
