HR IT Data Analytics Intern

As an intern in our HR IT Team you will be working closely with the Product and Platform managers who are responsible for the overall system maintenance and daily management of the Employee Central module of SuccessFactors.

Daily SuccessFactors Management Administration including:

• Support of the Product Management Team in daily routine tasks (calls with providers and Business, preparation of meeting minutes, all SF EC related tasks)
• Reports creation and migration
• User data uploads, updates, and validation
• Organization structure maintenance
• Generating and sharing the reports with relevant stakeholders
• Documentation creation and maintenance (SOPs, manuals, FAQs, etc.)
• System testing support
• Ticketing tool support including bugs resolution and cooperation across all helpdesk levels
• Continuous support of EC processes optimization
• Close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders such as: Product Managers, Business, Provider, Helpdesk
