Industry Leader (Data & AI)

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Industry Leader to lead our data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires someone with a balance of analytical skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. The Industry Lead will be instrumental in designing and implementing data strategies that enhance business growth, optimize operations, and foster an inclusive environment of innovation.

• Lead Insights & Data Sales Team across Europe, working closely with the region MD to develop our business in Data and Analytics, focusing Germany & UK.
• Drive the decisions framework and the development of comprehensive business cases to size the market, establish target by industries & segments, and customer pipeline. Target industries would be Automotive & Manufacturing.
• Develop and execute a GTM strategy, working closely with the different countries to drive increased business in the focus sectors and in alignment with our Data and Analytics portfolio.
• Design and implement a performance management function to evaluate the team’s KPIs.
• Work in partnership with other parts of the Capgemini business to increase our Data and Analytics & AI business.
• Work closely with external partners, including our hyperscalers partners, to deliver growth across the Europe.
• Direct involvement with customers, shaping and selling large deals.
• Organize and manage pre-sales, whether in response to calls for tender or deal shaping, in close collaboration with our sales teams.

You will be an established leader in the field of Data and AI with experience in delivering large scale transformation programmes. You will have experience working within a consultancy environment and hold strong relationships at senior levels in existing clients.

• Experience of shaping complex Data and AI Portfolio and solutions that deliver the client’s vision.
• Strong understanding of the Data, Analytics & AI domain and knowledge of how the domain can influence business outcomes.
• Experienced working with a variety of hyperscalers GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks and Snowflake and how their solutions can be leveraged to deliver Data, Analytics & AI.
• Strong expertise in Automotive and Manufacturing.
