The main objective of the Information Security Architect is to support the product teams in performing threat analysis and consulting on adequate security measures to protect Mercedes-Benz Mobility from cyber threats.In the MBM Global Cyber Security Team, the following will await you: Our team consists of highly motivated and friendly colleagues working in different Cyber Security domains. We work with state-of-the-art technologies and with international colleagues across all regions. With us, you will take over responsibility for Cyber Security sub-projects as well as diverse and exciting tasks with a significant impact on the entire organization. Mobile Working is regularly used by us. Your main responsibilities will include: Develop Security Profiles for (application) systems, by identifying potential weak points, assessing threats, developing adequate security measures and verifying their effectiveness. Consult internal teams on cyber architecture and security solution requirements and considerations. Actively contribute to the global Security Architect & Engineering strategy and work together with international colleagues on global Security Architect & Engineering Projects. Conduct research on emerging Cyber Security technologies and trends and recommend technologies that will increase quality, process and cost effectiveness. Enable the roll-out of global Cyber Security solutions, monitoring and report on progress as point of escalation in case of incompliance. Act as the expert for integration and cloud migration aspects within the organization and develop security standards, especially for Azure. Qualifikationen Skills that support your application for this position: Complete university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT-related field of study. 2+ years working experience in Cyber Security as an Information Security Architect Excellent knowledge of Cyber Security standards, risks, threats, prevention measures, and best practices. Certifications would be a plus, such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, AZ-500 Hands-on experience with threat analysis and security profile development Hands-on experience with different cloud solutions, especially Azure Experience in managing international IT projects as well as experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). High interest in new technologies Solution / customer oriented and open minded strategic and analytical thinking Solid ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner Proficient English language skill; German language skills is a plus Additional information: It is a permanent position.
