    Your tasks

    In your role as an Inside Sales Representative, you promote and potentially sell T-Systems offerings to the enterprise market. You proactively find, identify and preselect possible new customers and strategic contact persons. Additionally, you win new customers via phone and social networks and create strategic openings for the expert and / or account sales. These tasks include appointment creation, active web sessions via WebEx and closing non-complex deals. Also you work in the CRM system to create valuable data for account and expert sales.

    • You like to contribute to shaping the new T-Systems OmniChannel go-to-market strategy
    • You like to be on the phone and enjoy talking to people and discuss how T-Systems technical and business solutions will create customer value
    • You want to start in the enterprise sales and services area and build relevant experience and skills
    • You are persistent, and your base attitude is to only hang up after you won the customer for a scheduled meeting or sign a proposal
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
    • Perform effective online demos to prospects remotely
    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns (e.g., Webinars, social media) as sales opportunities through outbound calls
    • You work in our CRM to create valuable data for account and expert sales
    • Additionally, you route larger opportunities to the experts (PU and/or Account) field sales team for further development and closure

    Your Profile
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • You have a quick wittedness; you are persistent, and you only hang up after you won the customer for a scheduled meeting
    • You don’t fear the “No”, but you always go for the “Yes”
    • Excellent German language skills, good level of English is a plus
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques - including cold calls is a plus
    • Solid understanding of ICT technology and ability to familiarize to standard TSI offerings such as DocuSign
