BMW Financial Services NA, LLC was established in 1993, supporting the sales and marketing of BMW products. Subsequently, we have expanded beyond the leasing, retail and commercial financing of a traditional captive-finance company offering a broad variety of products tailored for the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce customer. Be a part of our exciting growth by expressing an interest in our BOBCAT Initiative Management Office Internship position located in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time internship position for our Summer Rotation, from June 6, 2024 through August 16, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio. The intern will support the Initiative Management Office (IMO) with utilization of all necessary project management tools and concepts, eg. project planning, Kanban board management, communication plans, training plans, etc. While on the job they will have the opportunity to improve their technical skills by working with MS Office tools, JIRA, and Confluence. The intern will also get hands-on experience with Project Management, real-time problem solving, and organizing of meetings and workshops. Key Responsibilities: Support the identification of open topics (list of open points) and tasks Assign resource accountabilities for delivery Hold assigned task owners accountable for delivery with high quality on time and on budget Escalate any delivery risks to Initiative Leadership or Workstream Leads Support the maintenance of the initiative slide master, detailed project plan, and milestone synchronization plan across all aspects of the initiative Support the preparation of project working sessions, sounding boards, steering committees and document results/taking minutes Join the BMW North America team and enjoy a high-performance Total Rewards package that may include: Medical InsuranceAll with options for $0 Employee contribution Paid Time Off in addition to Company paid holidays where eligible Hybrid work environment The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $22.00.The hourly rate for Graduate students is $28.00.
