We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of Business Operations - Performance Control & Digitalization. We are a research and development Think Tank within BMW’s Supply Chain. No day is the same. We work on the most difficult problems where the only limits are our creativity. Business operations play a huge role in making our projects successful. As the team grows, we must work on ensuring that our business operations continue to excel and support the achievement of the strategic plans. To pursue this mission, you will have the chance to be the link between our innovation projects and department’s management.   What awaits you? Responsibility, leadership and experience! Present your results directly to BMW management and have contact with leaders across the business. Coordinate talent management activities within the Think Tank team. Coordinate talent pipeline activities within the Think Tank tea. Manage partnerships with external stakeholders (i.e. Universities). Develop internal reports on the status of team projects. Support the management in presenting data, outcomes, and strategic plans. Improve and consolidate Project Management Office (PMO) activities. Support internal inter-teams' cooperation. Bring your innovative ideas into the discussion. Have fun within a diverse and motivated team.   What should you bring along? Currently enrolled full time in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university studying Management, Economics, Project Management, Management Engineering or STEM subjects. Master’s degree is a plus. Professional/Study experience working with different stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills. Deep knowledge of Office suite (Excel and Powerpoint are musts). Working flexibility – Ready to be challenged on different topics. A sharp intellect and a creative mind. Eager to learn, learn and learn. Ownership and accountability on team priorities. Interest in industrial and innovation topics. Fluency in English, German nice to have (but not a prerequisite).
