Your responsibilities
Are you curious about how strategic decisions shape the future of a global company? Join BSH’s Corporate Strategy and Transformation team in Munich and work on high-impact initiatives, support transformation roadmaps, and gain exposure to senior management
- Contribute to the further development and execution of BSH’s corporate strategy – shaping long-term success
- Support Value Creation Plans and transformation roadmaps that strengthen performance across functions
- Engage in AI-driven strategy initiatives with tangible business impact
- Support market and competitor analyses (benchmarking, trends, insights) and help prepare recommendations
- Contribute to preparing materials and insights for Board and senior management discussions
Your profile
- Enrolled student in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance
- Available for at least 4 months
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured mindset
- Proactive, reliable, and collaborative working style with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
