We offer an exciting opportunity within the Cargo Offer Development team, which is firmly positioned within Swiss WorldCargo, the Cargo Division of Swiss International Air Lines. The Cargo Offer Development team defines the Cargo offer portfolio with its products and services as well as the definition and worldwide implementation of its processes. It also assures the constant monitoring of operational Quality and Performance and is leading the strategic Supplier Management. You will work on assigned projects related to cargo operational processes and quality and performance management with either own lead or in support of the Offer Development team. You interface with different Cargo departments on a global level, with LH Group partners, other SWISS entities, and third-party suppliers around the world.
