Premium Feedback Services is dealing with all kinds of customer feedbacks on their journey with SWISS. Especially after a negative experience, we consider it our own challenge to win back the trust of our guests. However, we are not only in touch with our guests, but also with lawyers, national enforcement bodies and other legal entities You may apply in English or German Facts
