• Supporting the Head of Porsche Retail Excellence throughout the whole Retail Excellence Program. Collection of Dealer relevant KPI and reports to prepare off-site analysis. Close exchange with all levels (Business Consultants, Importers, and Dealers). Preparation of Action Plan templates for the relevant Porsche Centers in addition to ongoing system updates.
• Organization and publishing the quarterly Business Excellence Newsletter. Preparation of latest KPI, collection of Quick-Wins for the dealer network, and creating individual success stories per dealership.
• Support of the Business Development team in the operational business with the markets and project-specific tasks (KPI Reporting, internal presentations, Shareholder Committees, and internal Team Meetings).
• Coordination of Best Business Practices (BBP) within the whole CEE network by administrating a Porsche internal database by examination, adaption, and releasing BBPs.
• Support for creating and maintaining an overview of all relevant KPI Reports within Porsche Central and Eastern Europe to establish sustainable reporting structures.
• General support to the Retail Excellence Team across key initiatives, including training coordination, KPI collection, and performance analysis for regional markets.
• Studies with a major in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or in a related subject.
• Previous experience, ideally within the automotive industry, is desirable.
• Project management and/or consulting experience beneficial.
• Previous international experience beneficial.
• Excellent organizational skills and an independent pro-active working attitude.
• Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
• Detail-oriented and accurate working attitude.
• High proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams.
• Experiences with PowerBI (visualization software) are beneficial.
• Excellent English skills; German skills are advantageous.
