Our team manages, monitors and develops B2B travel agent accounts in the Swiss tourism segment on behalf of the LH Group. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the team in bringing our newly developed Independent Retail Strategy to life.

You'll work with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives strengthening our market presence and drive commercial impact.

  • Support implementation of our Independent Retail Strategy in Switzerland
  • Assist in concept development, project management and rollout of strategic initiatives
  • Conduct market and performance analyses to identify opportunities and support decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, preparing management updates and presentations
  • Contribute ideas to make our independent retail approach even more effective and future-fit
  • Support sales, marketing, and event coordination with retail partners
  • Assist Key Account Managers in account management and development activities
  • Represent SWISS and the Lufthansa Group at B2B and B2C events

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Tourism or similar
  • A well-structured working approach, conceptual skills and an analytical thinking capacity
  • Very good communication skills and confidence in working with customers
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Teams, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proactive, structured, hands-on, and genuinely interested in aviation, sales, and distribution
  • Experience in marketing and/or industry knowledge is a plus
