As a Testbench Technician, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.   What awaits you?   A motivated, experienced team with a very large network to the technologies at all BMW plants and to the IT headquarters, that is looking forward to working with you. As direct contact person for a specific technology in our plant, you get to know the technology processes to provide active support as a key account (Business Process Expert) for IT requirements, incidents and problems. Learnning the necessary IT PRIME processes for the plant and collaborating in a worldwide network with your IT colleagues to support the business colleagues. Supporting the creation and reviews of the Business Impact Analysis to maintain stability in the plant. Assisting in the implementation of measures, which are defined from critical incidents and problems and supporting the Major Incident Management board. Supporting the implementation of IT changes during planned production shutdowns as well as process changes in the plant.       What should you bring along?   Bachelor degree or equivalent in Information Technologies, Industrial Engineering or knowledge acquired in another way. Strong team and communication skills in a multicultural working environment. Ability to explain IT jargon to colleagues without huge IT experience. Experience with ITIL processes: Problem-, Incident- und Change Management (PIC-processes). Experience in using collaboration toolkits (e.g., Jira and Confluence) in an agile environment. Willingness to travel and perform parts of the BMW Group qualification program abroad. English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken (German language would be an advantage).   What do we offer?
