WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

At our unit Digital Transformation, you contribute to the effectiveness and consistency of our operating model by harmonizing its digitally relevant components and strengthening capabilities and readiness for digital ways of working. This involves governance of processes and documentation, calibration of global roles and job profiles, creation of a dedicated process community, and managing communication.

• You regularly define and update the development paths for each role (role embedding into existing role system) and create, migrate, and continuously develop targeted training sessions on the digital operational model, always considering global guidelines to enhance the learning experience.
• Furthermore, you assist the IT & Data Global Process Owner (GPO) in the strategic development of the operating division's Process House for a unit, playing a key role in the ongoing improvement of operational processes.
• You help to introduce a process community that you actively operate and develop according to our global templates, fostering collaboration and efficiency within the organization.
• You support the Digital Transformation Team by creating various communication materials, including change management documents and templates, which are essential for effective organizational communication.
• Additionally, you collaborate with the workstream leader of People, Culture, and Change ensuring that IT transformation activities are aligned with global HR and communication guidelines, providing feedback on requirements as needed.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed degree in Business Administration
• work experience in digital teams or roles, with a proven track record in at least two comparable positions
• proficiency in internal and external stakeholder management, as well as in leading or coordinating projects
• strong knowledge with project management tools  
• strong communication skills in English and German

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 59.000 - 61.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus of 18% of your gross annual salary, depending on the success of the company and individual performance
