SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION

We are looking for a talented developer familiar with modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go for our modern cloud-native application. If you are interested to use the latest concepts of cloud development such as microservices, Kubernetes, service mesh, and others to solve enterprise requirements, this is your chance to make an impact on a big scale at SAP.

As a (Junior) Developer (f/m/d) for cloud native projects, you design and develop solutions for SAP's most important technical challenges across its product portfolio. Within a team, you build prototypes to evaluate the fit of new concepts and technologies for requirements across SAP's portfolio. Based on the findings, you contribute code that helps solving those for productive applications at SAP's customers. You get to employ state-of-the-art technology to solve requirements of some of SAP's biggest customers.

EXPERIENCE & ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or other modern programming languages
• Experience with object-oriented programming, common data structures, and algorithms
• Excellent degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (Bachelor / Master)
• Basic knowledge in cloud native technologies and CI/CD principles
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Eager to constantly learn about novel concepts and technologies in the context of cloud native engineering, distributed systems, and DevOps.
