Tasks
  • Provide first-level IT support for internal users
  • Answer technical questions via phone, email and ticketing system
  • Support users in solving basic system and application issues
  • Handle access requests and authorization management in business systems (including SAP)
  • Register, track and resolve user requests in the ticketing tool
  • Escalate more complex issues to specialized IT teams when needed
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base related to support processes
  • Cooperate with colleagues and other departments to ensure high quality of service
  • Build positive relationships with internal customers

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
  • German and English at minimum B2 level (both written and spoken)
  • Interest in developing a career in IT support or IT operations
  • Very good communication and customer-oriented attitude
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good organization of work and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Openness to learning new systems and technologies
  • Experience in customer service or corporate environment will be an asset
  • Basic understanding of IT systems or experience with SAP will be a plus
