- completed apprenticeship as a technical assistant in the field of agriculture/biology or Bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences as well as first relevant work experience
- familiar with the processes in research laboratories including coordination and analysis of scientific experiments and processing of results
- confident handling of internal and standard IT applications and convincing communication in German and English
- determined and communicative team player with very good conceptual and analytical skills
