To strengthen our 'Smart Engineering' business group, we are looking for motivated individual to join us as Lead MBSE Engineer (w/m/d) for our Systems Engineering division at the Hamburg and Munich locations as part of the expansion.

Your Tasks

• Defining ready-to-use methods based on MOFLT methodology to connect system design and system design verification along the complete system life-cycle in close cooperation with other PMT teams
• Defining manuals, guidelines, handbooks, best practices, training materials, checklists, templates, customization and tool usage
• Connecting the MBSE environment considering Mission Analysis, Operational Analysis, Functional Analysis, Conceptual design, with Simulation environment in order to support the complete design verification
• Advancing methodologies integrated into the PMT environment and implemented as standards
• Supporting the application of MBSE and Simulation through training and coaching

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Systems/Aerospace/Mechanical or equivalent
• 7+ of experience in Systems Engineering with a direct focus on Model Based Systems Engineering
• Experience working in the Aerospace & Defence Industry
• Extended knowledge of systems engineering processes, methods, tools, and languages ​​such as ISO/IEEE 15288, ARP 4754A
• Experience in SysML with Catia Magic (Cameo Systems Modeller) and with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) preferred
• Java, Java Script and Python desirable
• ASEP certification beneficial
• Experience developing ontologies/meta-models and development or deployment of modelling frameworks and methodologies
• Aerospace and Defence domain specific systems engineering activities which include requirements management and system design, configuration and product validation and verification
• Ability to work in team in an international environment
• Very good knowledge of English and preferably German
• NATO nationality only
