Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht Warschau 05.03.2024 Legal Expert Your responsibilities:   Responsibility to implement and maintain legal templates (e.g. agreements, terms and conditions) for leasing and financing products, Conducting legal day-to-day needs, including drafting contracts, supporting commercial and legal negotiation with customers and suppliers, Providing constructive and solution-orientated legal advice to the business (all local departments), Conducting day-to-day disputable matters involving local organization, e.g. retail customer claims, etc., Advising on applicable regulatory as well as corporate obligations and procedures, Analyzing and communicating legislative and jurisprudential developments pro-actively and providing guidance on how to best respond to them.   Our requirements: Attorney-at-law/Legal counsel, 2 – 5 years working experience in the legal advising to leasing/car fleet management sector as in-house lawyer - must have, Advanced knowledge and practical experience, in the following legal areas: Leasing, Consumer Protection, General Commercial, Corporate, Competition/Antitrust, Contract, Labour, High competence in communication, collaboration, accountability, problem solving attitude and hands-on mentality, Ability to present complex legal information to a diverse audience, Profound knowledge of MS Office tools, Polish and English (negotiation level).   What we offer: Contract of employment, Flexible working time, Hybrid working opportunities (after trial period), Private medical care, Sharing costs of sports activities.
