Your responsibilities:
Managing, leading, and monitoring of the Field Service department.
Skill management and development of the assigned team.
Scalation management for service-related issues.
Responsible for the achievement of the Service sales targets, utilization, and the business’s overall objectives.
Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with KHS, considering customer needs.
Offer preparation for line audits, line optimizations, and embedded engineers.
Handling planning and installation of complete lines and single machines involving the local team.
Visits the field for sales calls, audits & conflict resolution.
Analyzing the HR needs and recommending prospective candidates as Field Service Technicians.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
5 years of experience in a similar position with HR responsibility.
Experience answering technical questions about can fillers, bottle fillers, rinsers, filler service modules, and conveyor systems.
Experience with Enterprise Resources Planning Systems, SAP preferred.
Required language: English, safe communication in speaking and writing. German is a plus.
Valid Passport, able and must be willing to travel within Asia and other Countries.
Work experience in Asia comes as a plus.
