Manager Compliance, Privacy & Risk – EMEA Hub (f/m/x) S/4HANA Transformation Your Role Oversee the implementation of relevant regulations (e.g., FDA, GDPR) and computerized system validation in multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects in a regional hub Manage effective validation plans and define quality measures to ensure implementation of validation requirements Drive exchange with E2E & IT streams to highlight and mitigate potential compliance or privacy risks Act as linking pin to ZEISS compliance & privacy departments (e.g., Corporate Auditing, Legal, etc.) and involve their experts on a need basis Report functionally to global CP&R1 lead and ensure that rules & guidelines from global lead are executed in the hub     Your Profile University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar, Master degree preferred 5+ years of demonstrated background in auditing of processes and IT systems or compliance & risk related work Relevant experience with computerized system validation, preferably in the context of ERP systems Demonstrated leadership skills to manage regional teams Confidence to interact with senior (compliance) stakeholders within the organization High motivation and ability to self-organize and proactively own and drive tasks in a complex environment Relevant experience with SAP would be a plus Fluent in English, both written and spoken   Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Andre Grunzel
