Manager Production Engineering

Responsibilities and Tasks including but aren't limited to:

• Organizes, supervises, and leads engineering teams in creating approved data and maintenance instructions for aircraft components and engine parts
• Provides leadership through communication, coaching, training, performance feedback, and development
• Ensures documentation, revisions, and deviations in accordance with authority requirements
• Coordinates technical issues with OEMs, customers, authorities, and internal departments
• Drives competitiveness by fostering innovative engineering solutions
• Actively participates in Lufthansa Technik’s network
• Proactively supports CBU and NPI projects
• Assists purchasing with KPIs and material consumption analysis
• Supports Director of Engineering in managing major projects, including shop expansion
