BMW Shared Services, LLC provides consultative HR support to BMW Group companies in the US including BMW of North America, LLC, BMW Group Designworks, Rolls Royce Motor Cars, NA and BMW Financial Services NA, LLC. As the Manager, Talent, you are responsible for the development and delivery management of all training, transformation, and professional development/ talent development programs. You will work with BMW central departments and region to ensure that talent initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy. Key responsibilities and are found in the following strategic areas: Talent Management and Training - You will conduct ongoing analysis of specific business training needs within the regional HR organization to address the needs on an ongoing basis. You are responsible for planning, developing and implementation for leadership and training programs that can be facilitated through all phases and delivery channels and ensure alignment with the BMW Group and HR strategies. You will define, implement, and conduct operational processes regarding talent and transformation management as well as associate and apprentice training as well as ensure local implementation of the BMW Group strategies for associate and for apprentice training by planning and conducting local measures accordingly. You will work with training facilitators and coaches to ensure that training needs are met on a regular basis. You will also manage the design, development, and delivery processes for all internal and external training within budget. As the Manager, you will create momentum and foster change through internal and external networks while you actively seek out industry best practices through interaction with Training and Development industry groups. Transformation / Change Management - You are responsible for supporting transformation strategy and developing a change management program, as well as coordinating and facilitating change management activities that engage all Associates. You will manage various tools supporting transformation and change management including creation and implementation. You will establish and support Associate led focus groups to drive up engagement with topics that are important to the Associates and the ongoing success of the business and will work closely with the senior management team to identify cultural areas where associates’ engagement could be improved. Specifically, those cultural change projects that support the overall delivery of strategy. As the Manager, you are responsible to challenge with regard to innovation and change. You will pilot projects for the HR Strategy for training and talent management and collaborate with the region and other markets on joint pilots and further roll-out of successful programs/ initiatives. You will stay well-versed on external and internal BMW Group benchmarks and best practices, while recognizing trends in the training and development industry and translate the relevant trends and changes into established or new learning approaches. You recognize opportunities for improvement and provide training intervention options as appropriate and propose solutions, gain management support, manage program deployment and measures impact of changes. You will create the conceptual design of new learning and development programs to meet business requirements, manage detailed design and its implementation with internal or external resources and measures impact of success. The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. Qualifikation: Requirements: Bachelor's degree 7 years professional work experience including:3+ years supervisory experience. 2-3 years change management or performance improvement/training experience. 1-year minimum Instructional Design experience.
